I believe that journalism should be and look more like the screen of a Tetris game. Pieces have different shapes and colors, and this is necessary to win. In the same way, newsrooms need different journalists, with different backgrounds, perspectives and in general more representative of the society we live in. This is the only way we can make more accurate journalism, which in the end is better journalism.
