She completed her formal education, Bachelors and Masters of Nursing, from Coppin State University in Baltimore, MD; and her doctoral preparation was completed at Chatham University in Pittsburgh, and her Masters of Theology with an emphasis on Women’s Studies at Liberty University, and coaching training and certification from Light University. Her call to serve women is one of passion, compassion, love and desire for women to excel and survive beyond adversity. She thrives on Women’s Empowerment and a wholistic approach to survival- mind, body and soul. She is the CEO & Founder of “ A Touch from Heav’n Wellness Spa and Salon-Online” and “Changed from the Inside Out Ministries, LLC” where she dedicates her time and skills to coaching, educating and empowering women on how to take care of their temple holistically and live their God-ordained lives. The book of Matthew 13:53-58 reveals how the people doubted Jesus because of their familiarity with him and his family. They became offended at the wisdom and power that flowed through him. This scripture is an encouragement to keep moving forward in the work of the Lord even if rejected by your own people. The most importance lesson of this scripture is that Jesus wanted to do mighty works in his hometown but was hindered by their unbelief. Let us seek God and inquire of him about the areas of unbelief in our hearts.

The wisdom from above is pure, peaceable, willing to yield, gentle, without hypocrisy, without partiality and produces good fruits. Demonic wisdom is earthly, sensual, bitter, envy, self-seeking, boasts,  and lies. There is a difference and those that are struggling to know the difference, read James 3:13-18.
