In the last episode, we confronted the reality of brokenness. Today, we go deeper. Because in order to heal, we must uncover where the pain began. That requires honesty, awareness, and the courage to look inward—not to shame ourselves, but to understand what still needs healing. You can’t heal what you won’t face. And you can’t face what you’re not willing to see.
The beliefs formed in pain become the stories we live by—and until we confront them, we’ll repeat them. Healing starts with attention. The more you notice, the more you can name. And the more you name, the more can be redeemed.
