Today we begin our new series on mental health with a look at the lies we sometimes believe about mental health. Come and explore how God cares about our whole being, and has given us what we need to be mentally healthy.

Worship is not a feeling we wait for — it is a decision we make. Who is the object of our adoration? How do we demonstrate that?

Scripture forms us into people who recognize truth and resist false foundations. Prayer opens conversation; Scripture anchors that conversation in truth.

Prayer keeps us rooted in relationship rather than self-reliance. Rest slows us down enough to pray honestly.

We don’t rest because the work is done — we rest because we trust God. A firm foundation cannot be built on exhaustion. Rest is an act of trust, not laziness.

Love is a gift, but not just a gift for you.

The light of Christ doesn’t simply remove darkness — it creates joy.

God brings people to reveal his light that brings peace

Hope begins where light breaks in. Hope isn't about blind optimism, it's about trusting that the dark won't last forever.

The church matures as we grow together in Christ and follow His leading. Our future is formed by faithfulness today.
