During high school, Brooke struggled with depression and anxiety. After leaving an abusive relationship she was diagnosed with PTSD, dissociation and depersonalisation/derealization. Over the years Brooke has taken medication to try and help her along with her journey but found that talk therapy along with a good support system is what really helped her. Brooke is a big advocate for mental health and wants to help inspire people and let them know that it is okay not to always be
okay.
