Joseph is steadfast in his service to God and things keep going his way, even in the midst of his trouble. 

Temptation comes to Joseph, false accusations are made, and he is placed in prison.

Joseph is sold into slavery serves God  and finds favor with God and those whom he was under.

We have made something that is a blessing a mockery 

Judah's deception comes full circle and his hypocrisy is evident.

Judah sees the death of his son Onan after he displeases God. After this his daughter dies and he is comforted in the presence of his friend Hirah the Adullamite. The scripture I referenced is is Galatians 5:9 " A little leaven leaveneth the whole lump"

These are open thoughts not necessarily a study but something I've seen during this wintery weather. Now I know and understand some of you will disagree 100%, I have no problem with that I only ask that you disagree with out anger if you choose to respond or rebut.

We see the grief of Israel over what he perceives as the loss of his son, and the trial of Josephs faith at the hands of his own brethren.
