Washington falls in their week 17 matchup to be eliminated from the playoffs as well as the Eagles fall to an inferior opponent now needing a win in week 18.  The Flyers starting to look up as young players help the team to some wins and the Caps seem to have righted the ship.  We also discuss an MLB trade.

Eagles fall to the Cowboys without Jalen Hurts and the Commanders run into the brick wall that is the 49ers defense.  Caps turn around into a hot streak along with Ovi and his chase for the goal record.  Flyers struggling with close games

In between the two Commanders and Giants matchups, the Eagles visit the Meadowlands and take care of business in show out fashion.  We update some news on the Flyers and the Caps and Ovi hits a new goal milestone.  We end with a big MLB signing unrelated to Washington or Philly.

We recap the past 2 weeks of NFL football where the Eagles offense moves to a whole new level, and the Commanders continue their Cinderella run.  The Flyers get some injured players back and the Caps on the verge of some players coming back.  MLB free agency got underway and the Phillies make a big signing.

After the upset over the Eagles the Commanders destroy the Texans and the Eagles comeback against the Colts.  Flyers and the Caps suffer major injuries to top players and see the effects.  Harper gets Tommy John's surgery.

We discuss how the Commanders pulled off the upset to end the Eagles undefeated run.  Both the Flyers and the Caps struggle as we approach the 1st 4th of the season.  We end the MLB season with the end of year awards.

After another long week the Eagles look to continue dominance over the Commanders, while they look to bounce back from a tough loss.  The Caps continue to struggle in light of a ton of injuries and the Flyers look like a complete team.  Phillies finish the season as they fall to the Astros in 6

Eagles have a short week with a Sunday and a Thursday game against the Steelers and the Texans respectively.  Despite the short week, the Eagles stay dominant and move to 8-0 on the season.  The Commanders start to go on a mini streak as they start out 2-4 and win 2 games they weren't expected to and get back into the playoff race.  The Caps suffer injuries upon injuries upon injuries and you see the toll it has taken on the team as they struggle to catch their footing.  The Flyers also start to show their true colors as they spend most of games in the defensive zone and see the lack of offensive talent.  The Phillies look to bounce back as they drop 2 straight to fall to 3-2 in the World series after the Astros pitching finds the footing on the Phillies offense.

Washington comes out and surprises the NFL with a win over the Packers who look to no longer be the same team they used to be.  Eagles come off by trying to keep the undefeated streak alive against Pittsburgh.  Caps start off at .500 with a lackluster defense hurting the team.  Flyers come out rolling and start out at the top of the division early.  Phillies close out the Padres in 5 and head to the World Series and continue the underdog story trying to beat the Astros.

The Eagles take it to the Cowboys and dominate to stay undefeated.  The Commanders win a painful game over the Bears in primetime.  Flyers shock the NHL and start out 3-1 on the season while the Caps start with an 0-2 and get up to a 2-2 start.  Phillies beat the Braves against all odds and advance to the NLCS while going to Philly tied 1-1.
