Robb Elementary School in Uvalde experienced another 18 year old on a rampage after legally purchasing two AR-15s. Many 4th graders and elementary teachers were murdered needlessly as local law enforcement froze. Legislatures had chances to pass meaningful bills after Columbine, Sandy Hook, and Stoneman Douglass.
