In this episode, I catch up and sit down and have a good chin wag with former Dundee based decorator Craig Spokes. Now Craig has an interesting stork where one man and his roller pole took the leap and skills emigrated down under. Now as what Craig describes himself as a Scossie he gives us an insight into working in Australia, from the hoops you have to jump through to get a visa down to the building boom and well-paid insurance work. Craig lives in the Aussie bush in far Western Sydney with his own “Shelia” and doesn't seem to be planning to return. I must admit I'm a tad envious (mainly of the lifestyle) and wish I'd had the balls to do it years ago.
