Welcome back to another double feature package film extravaganza! On this episode, we tackle two very different types of package films, the 10 segment Make Mine Music, and the 2 segment plus celebrity talent Fun & Fancy Free. We'll discuss comparing Sterling Holloway to John Ratzenberger and Alan Tudyk, pervy animation choices, how global warming scares are not a new thing, and oddly cheerful depictions of domestic violence . Join us and we find out whether we like these films, we hate them, or we think they're just okay!

Olá, mis amigos! This week, we're headed south of the border as we watch two of the 'package films,' starting with Saludos Amigos from 1942, and then moving on to 1944's The Three Caballeros. We'll talk about how one 'Grupo' of artists on a sight-seeing trip changed the artists, the studio, and the geo-political status of the 1940s. Other topics of interest include: dating advice from British comedian Rowan Atkinson, one-half of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, the musical layerings of the samba, and the semantic difference between Chipotle take-out and flying donkeys. (Although we never do figure out where piñatas come from.) So venha conosco (come with us) on a Latin American adventure!

On this episode, the Brothers round out the Golden Age of Disney Feature Animation with 1942's Bambi. They discuss how just a few comedic characters make the film better than the source book, the fantastic storytelling in the cinematography, and delve into some rudimentary child development analysis.
