I have definitely had my fair share of throwing my hands up and just letting God have me in all his Glory and it has never once turned out to be a bad thing. He is so amazing even in our rebellion. He lets us make the decision to surrender and when we don't he makes it for is because he knows that souls are attached to our purpose. It is so easy to compare ourselves in today's world to picture perfect Instagram models and successful young entrepreneurs. We tend to forget that God has a specific and tailored design plan for his children, and each plan is going to be very different for each person. We need to learn to love ourselves the right way and be encouraged by what the word says about God and what God says about loving his children. We are perfect to God when we don't think we are perfect or enough for ourselves.

Stop letting anyone, anything, and everyone have access to you. Learn to say no and learn the signs of being overexerted and exhausted. Find things that pour into you whether old or new.

God is married to the serial sinner, the misfit, the substance abuser, the BACKSLIDER! God is married to the BACKSLIDER! Do not hide in shame when you sin. Stand up, repent, brush yourself off and ask for The Lord God to help you try again. It is only through God that we are healed and cleansed appropriately. We can't go elsewhere for spiritual help. Come before the father. He is our first "Through sickness and health."
