This episode I speak to Haeni, founder of fashion brand KITRI studio. This week I sat down with Danielle Kendall, 36, started Team Hen in 2014 whilst on maternity leave with her first child. Having left an IT career in the City, Danielle found being a full-time mother was becoming detrimental to her mental health. She started Team Hen whilst organising her best friends Hen Party and found everything Hen Party related was garish and over the top. Her original designs proved popular, and in just 5 short years Team Hen has grown from a hobby to a profitable business turning over in excess of 250k a year.

We dived into subjects such as how and when to take on staff, staying small and keeping costs low, using Not On The High Street and Etsy vs. just selling on your website and using Instagram as a sales platform.

This week I sat down with Lucy Sheridan. Lucy is the World’s first and only Comparison Coach. Signed to Gleam Titles and noted as one of the UK’s most successful coaches by The Times, she’s on a mission to cure comparison.

As expected we dived into the world of comparison and how to battle it. We also chatted about the idea of success being a continuous journey rather than an end point aswell overcoming obstacles and scaling a business slowly.
