Founded in 1991, Regis has grown to become one of Australia's largest & most successful aged care & retirement living companies, operating in excess of sixty-five facilities across the Nation incorporating over six-thousand places.

In 2014, the company was listed on the Australian Stock Exchange and has a present market capitalisation exceeding $600m - over the course of the past decade or so, the business has also generated investment interest from some of the Country's most revered institutions including Macquarie Capital and Washington H. Soul Pattinson.

Via his private investment vehicle, Dorman Capital, Bryan is an active investor in both operating businesses and property development, with recent capital deployments including in the PETstock chain and the revitilisation of the Mernda Town Centre.
