Blizzard is planning on introducing a new “Role Queue” feature into their matchmaking system
For game modes that have you choosing your hero, you will now have to pick your roles within the game before heading into a match
Each team will be locked to 2 heros per role. That means each team whether in competitive or casual must have 2 tanks, 2 dps, and 2 healers
People can begin testing the system soon in the PTR (public test region)
