In this episode of Breaking the Chains we discuss the idea of earning passive income through real estate investing in a real life manner, pointing out both the good and the bad.  We talk about the different real estate strategies of wholesaling, flipping, and buy and hold, as well as discuss different ways of picking up properties.   I talk about my own experiences as a newbie who jumped into this market feet first specializing in "buy and hold", and then have a discussion with a good friend who did the exact same thing as a house flipper.
