Between 1974 and 1991 in the Wichita, Kansas area, the serial killer known as BTK (which stood for Bind, Torture, Kill) was active. Not only was BTK killing, but he was also sending letters to the police to taunt them. Then, BTK went silent and seemed to be totally inactive. in 2004 the letters to the police resumed, though thankfully the killings didn't. Listen in this week as we discuss the crimes BTK committed, and how he was eventually identified as Dennis Rader and caught.
