Do you have allies in your workplace?
Are you the only one charged to lead the conversation around diversity and inclusion because you're black?
Are you someone who considers themselves an ally? If so, what are you doing in your workplace to support your black colleagues?
All this and more in this week's BTL episode!
We are three sisters, growing up as second-generation British Nigerians. Trying to build our empires. Black women, wives and mothers. The trifecta experience means we are constantly living and learning, inspired by a vision that is more than ourselves. BTL (Beyond the Line) podcast started in July 2019 as IGeNIGHT podcast. We use this space to do three things: collide, create and connect. We usually collide with things going on in the world that we needed to put on blast. We highlight someone amazing or an exciting initiative that are creating spaces and igniting thought that allows change and we connect with ourselves and catch up on life, work and family. https://www.wearebeyondtheline.com/
