Well, Yewande is an official American citizen now and she voted for the first time!  We are talking about our views on the election, why it's important that non-Americans pay attention and what the future could look like for our children.

We show our vulnerability because this is also our strength. There is a lot going on in the world and within our immediate lives too.  This episode is about how life can be overwhelming, uncertain - but we turn to our tribe, things you believe in, things that support your mental wellbeing - to keep on going.
