Okay, so it’s that time of year folks!
Presidents been chosen. (Eww!)
New Laws have been voted. Oh well.
And we all chose the wrong Masked Singer!
Now for something important. John Kransinski has been crowned People Magazine’s 2024 Sexiest Man of the Year! … ladies, hold on to your unmentionables.
Of coarse, with a decision like that people have been talking. Everyone has their opinion, and your two favorite hosts are here to bring it to you. Nicky really needed to air-out this one. Much to say about the choice and the process of how this came to be. Would you pay for someone to be involved in this selection? Just asking.
Manny is down to throw in his opinion, too. Like, no-homo but Manny is has referred to Pedro Pascal as “Daddy” one too many times. This seems like the most appropriate time to voice that opinion.
Theres others dudes involved in the issue, as secondary choices, you guys may agree or disagree with these. But the piece on the boys from New Girl is worth talking about.
But anyways you tell us!
- who should have made the cover of Sexiest Man Alive?
- Who is the king of the title? Like, this Celebrity stays making this list?
- Is the wife’s products thing a stretch? What’s your not-so-sexy deal breakers?

Okay Duckies, we aren’t gonna do it. We refuse. Our gal didn’t win, and you know what? We don’t feel like bombarding you folks with a woe-is-me monologue about it. Especially since we don’t know the full extent of his NY status.
Instead, we want to put a little sight on some other things what we’re on these ballots. Cuz you know, it was a lot of important things people were voting on this year.
Abortion rights, minimum wage, lowering the voting age! Your hosts bring us some of these that are worth talking about. Especially at how close some decisions were. We know you guys are gonna flip at the Tipper Workers thing, like Nicky did.
Anyways, you tell us!

Happy Election Week, Duckies!
With all the talk about the polls, we decided to bring up a different conversation. It’s no secret that your hosts at Bubble Bath Stories are going for Kamala Harris this year. But so what, right? If you’re like most people, you probably made your decision a while ago. Why should any media’s official endorsement change that?
Last week, on October 31st, mere days away from the election Jeff Bezos decided to cut The Washington Post‘s official endorsement of The Democratic Candidate. Something they’ve been doing since the 70’s. This was done mere hours before the release of the page.
The news really got people talking. Employees of the Post voiced their concerns. Some left, others demanded the endorsement.
8% of Subscribers left. At least 250,000 people decided to stop reading the Washington Post for this decision.
But the thing is, haven’t we wanted this for a while? Unbiased journalism, especially in politics. There are plenty of media corporations we know the political leanings for. As consumers, we probably shouldn’t care who the CEO votes for. As employees, we should probably welcome unbiased opinions at work. But Bezos is getting a lot of heat for this. Should he be getting it?
Anyways, you tell us!

No one likes an unanswered question. All over, people everyday seek advice. And some of these advice columns have answers Manny Oso just doesn’t accept.
What better way to fix this problem, then bring the questions to you guys and give ya’ll some unsolicited advice. And since it’s the last episode of October, why not pay respect to the sitcoms we love and do it in costume.
On today’s episode Manny Oso reads from letters all over the internet and gives and Nicky Trendz a shot at these columns. We’ll hear from a Guy that needs a new reputation at work. A Neighbor who can’t get a word in. A new Adult that needs direction. And last, there are two sisters that need help with their evil step mother. There’s nothing more comforting then eeking advice from Paul Heyman and and Taco Man, right? … it’s good advice!
Anyways, you tell us!
- How do you tell your friends about their annoying habits?
- Could YOU just pack up and leave your town for another home overnight?
- How weird was that all “call on speaker phone” detail?

What’s with old people?
And we don’t mean age, but cranky adults. Sabrina Carpenter has been hitting the cities on her fresh tour. Fans are loving her! Especially her segments she’s throwing in. Teasing certain favorites positions. All in the name of fun. W/e!
However, there is a small group online making the stance that it just too much man! How dare she expose the kids, right?
Some wanna say the same old excuse, like well what about the Parents? We’ll never decide who to point fingers at. Unless you’re talking about Kids Bop. We got feelings about that. Psychologist have called it an abomination. String words. Nicky Trendz agrees.
But also, we wonder what triggers the change for the audience to accept the transition from kid star to adult pop star? Let’s chat about that…
But, anyways you tell us!
- what’s the right age for Kids and Concerts?
- What Kids Bop song surprised you most?
- What was your earliest concert experience?

Okay, so time to get a little personal, Duckies.
A bit ago, TikTok blogger @perolike posted her interview with Jenna Ortega. In it, she abruptly tells her before beginning the interview that Ortega is indeed Latin enough. This, stemming from a common criticism of Ortega and other Latin actors, that they don’t represent Latin Culture enough in roles they play. Quite the polarizing conversation something like that can start up. It got your hosts thinking, have Nicky Trendz or Manny Oso ever been told they aren’t Latin enough?
This conversation definitely got Manny Oso to open up. He’ll admit how he didn’t take enough time to learn his heritage as he probably should have. Which is why he says he’s not a good dancer. And Nicky Trendz has heard this a lot! Being Puerto Rican, there is a constant conversation of whether or not she is showing enough Puerto Rican Culture in her life. The Rubber Ducky Gang brings you the conversation. Cuz we need to know if this is still an issue. Do we still need to put pressure on the next generation to keep the culture strong? The world needs to know.
But anyway, you tell us!

WE WATCHED SO YOU DONT HAVE TO: MR. McMahon
Early this week Netflix released their highly anticipated documentary Mr. McMahon. A series that dives into the rise and fall of Vince McMahon. If you feel like you have no time to sit and watch, don’t worry, because over here We Watched So You Don’t Have To!
On this episode, Manny Oso lets us know the skinny on this documentary. Is it Quoteable? He says there’s a few moments that make you pause and rewind. Is there any new information? He says the average person may find most things familiar, already. Most important, is it worth the Netflix account? That’s debatable.
Vince McMahon’s reputation is on full display here. They really go into what makes him tick. Most notably, these interviews are conducted right before and after the most damaging allegations came out. Manny Oso notes that the feel of it is like Vince runs the company like a mob. The people he hired speak so highly of the man and then all quiet when asked about the news. They go over the Steroid Case, Benoit, even the Union busting.
Mostly, this documentary seems to reinforce everything Nicky Trendz thinks about Vince. Dare you to watch and not feel the same.
But anyways, you tell us!
- Is Vince McMahon reputation exactly what we think?
- What are rhetorical worts things you’ve heard of this guy?
- Are we all done hearing from Hulk Hogan already?

So it happened again … on Monday September 16th, a suspect was charged with a with what we are hearing as a connection an 2nd assassination attempt on former-President and Republican nominee Donald Trump. Your hosts took a minute to listen to a few voices on the subject to bring it to you guys.
But you know, when you wade through a lot of it, what keeps coming up is that the Secret Service, like many employers all across the US, are going through a hiring shortage and keep keep people in the doors. Take a look yourself, but it was enough to have to talk about it.
There is a whole bunch of talk from both sides about the Political Climate, and how radical each side is getting. But, the guy they caught was just another Florida Man. To Manny Oso, this definitely stems from their lack of basic employees. You got hundreds of people of who need around the clock security and not enough agents. Nicky Trendz think the pay is nowhere near enough. You’re asked to take a bullet for the nation with a starting pay of $50k a year. Listen to them go over the list of equal pay jobs with less danger.
This is definitely an industry we didn’t think would get affected by lack of qualified employees, but here we are. Less and less each year. Sinbad would be ashamed of what it’s become!
But anyways, you tell us!
- Do you think this is a Political Issue, or another Hiring Shortage?
- How much do you think a Secret Service agents salary should be?
- Is it time for a Remake/Sequel/Re-Imagining of Disney’s First Kid? Is Sinbad available?

Don’t ever let them make a movie about your life … that what they say. And at the end it all depends on who gets the rights!
Your hosts have had a chance to sit through many biopics in our day. Some we like, some we can’t seem to grasp. Sometimes they get them right, many time that get them wrong.
Recently news has broke out that the upcoming biopic on Hulk Hogan has been canceled. The film was set to star Chris Hemsworth as the icon, himself. Fast forward to this past Summer, and Hulk Hogan has gone and ruined the movie himself. Who knows what really transpired, but his actions don’t seem to be making positive results… but that got us thinking.
So, in this conversation, your host go over all these attempts. Nicky Trendz particularly hates when these films focus on a person still living. Why can’t we let them finish their story first? Especially if it’s about their ongoing accomplishments. She also thinks there’s some people we need leave alone already. One is cool, two is okay, but 10 movies about Marilyn Monroe?
And Manny Oso is ready to have the white-wash conversation. We see it a lot, when major non-white historical figures are played by white actors. It’s even worse when it’s done with voice acting. How did they land on an Irish Colin Ferrel to play a Greek Alexander the Great? We see this a lot, are we right?
But anyways, you tell us!
- what was the worst representation on screen of a historical figure?
- Are Jobs and Steve Jobs basically the same movie?
- Who would you need to play you in YOUR biopic?
