Something about summer being over and back to school that screams reset to me. After hearing about Andy Frisella's #75HARD Challenge in the spring I was intrigued. Buuuuuut 75 days straight without 1 glass of wine and working out twice a day seemed almost impossible. I won’t lie - the reality and logistics of this scares the crap outta me, but bc it’s scary, I know I must do it.
Starting Sept 19th I will be doing #75HARD
There are 5 rules for the 75 days.
There are no concessions , no cheat days 😳🤯 so requires solid commitment. #75hard
1. Follow a meal plan - some diet. No alcohol. 🍋
2. Exercise 2x/day for at least 45m each. 1 of them outside. 🕺💃
3. Drink a gallon of water every day 💦
4. Read 10 pages of a non fiction / personal development book every day📓
5. Take a progress pic every day 📸
Must complete ALL every day for 75 days straight. If miss one I have to start the entire challenge over back @ day 1 😆
