In this #PFT, it's OK to feel unhappy, especially on your own personal and professional evolution. I am blessed and am grateful to do something every day that makes me happy. We all live our lives hopefully doing that thing or closely approaching the change event that will bring you that well deserved joy you are looking for. Like with anything though, work gets hard and that happiness turns to unhappiness somettimes. If it's checmical, environmental, or just a "bad case of the Mondays", we may question our feelings and self-judge feeling unlike our usual happier self. I'm here to tell you that it is OK to feel bummed sometimes. It's not a forever thing and all part of the process of finding happiness for most of the time.

In this #PFT, there has been a change in routine. It's kinda meta but this episode is about how a change in routines has affected my podcast schedule. You see, I was in a groove since launching the show and suddenly everyone's schedule in my home has changed, testing the consistency of the show. With that I realized something I had to share with you. It is easy to pump the breaks when your comfortable routine is altered by something out of your control. That alteration becomes a wall in your path if you let it. I belive that's when most decide to give up, forget their intent of making the change to begin with. These routine roadblocks are necessary, a test to see if have what it takes to stay on the new path you've chosen. You gotta keep going.
