Niagara Falls didn't receive the turnout that was expected, but neither did the region as a whole. He says the amount of people taking in the eclipse at the Falls was akin to an above-average weekend day in the summer.

There will likely be clouds during the solar eclipse, but they won't ruin the whole experience. The sky will still go dark and an array of colors will still be visible during the once-in-a-lifetime spectacle.
