A week after Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills lost to the KC Chiefs in the AFC Championship Game again, questions now turn to this roster and what it potentially looks like in 2025.

Currently sitting at $8 million over the 2025 cap, the BILLS have yet more work to do on top of the patch work they did last season that got us to the AFC Champ Game.
