Dave and Kelsey run through live interviews about two major news stories: The $50 million expansion of Shea's Buffalo and nearby spaces and a federal appeals court ruling that allows gun manufacturers and sellers in New York State to be held liable, thanks to a state law.
Part One: Brian Higgins, the CEO of Shea's Buffalo, joins us on News 4 at 5:30 to provide details on the biggest renovation project at the historic theater in decades. Plans call for a new entrance, elevators and more that will help move the crowds in the crown jewel of the city's theater district, plus a new roof, $5 million for Shea's 710 Theater and millions of dollars in other work to improve the district.
