OUR STORY

Palmer was a Server at a little cafe and Brian was a regular.  A few times a week he would sit at the counter and watch her smile as she ran around doing a million things at once! 6 Months later they went on their first date and a year after that they were married. 

When they moved to Buffalo in 2019 they were sad to find that there were no cute little cafes like the one where they met.  So they dreamed and schemed that one day they would open one of their own. The opportunity finally came in the middle of a pandemic, with 2 full time jobs and a 2nd baby on the way but they jumped at the chance. Through months of remodeling, shutdowns and setbacks they persevered and on March 16th, 2021 Forget Me Not Cafe was born! 

You will still find Palmer running around, serving her customers and staff and many mornings you will see Brian too, grabbing his breakfast at the counter as she swirls around with that smile of hers.  Theirs is the sweetest kind of love story and together they have created a little corner of the world where friends can gather, families can celebrate and first dates might flourish into something beautiful.... and if not, well, at least the food was good!
