Over the weekend a mass shooting occurred in Buffalo, NY where an 18-year-old gunman stormed a local grocery store killing 10 people and injuring at least 3 others. Police are calling the attack a hate crime as 11 out of the 13 people who were shot were Black. The gunman has been on NY State Police’s radar before…Dan discusses this latest tragedy and how a breakdown in New York’s mental health system occurred.
