On Episode 9 of the Foundation we sit down with Neil Thompson. Neil is a college graduate of Wilmington University, Neil also co founded both TMT Hoops basketball training services as well as the upstart 1-on-1 basketball league "Who Got Next" which has taken the Jersey Shore by storm. The interview begins as Neil explains his experience of not meeting his dad until the age of 15 and how that affected him. Neil then takes us on a detailed journey of his turbulent collegiate career which included numerous obstacles and pitfalls that would have made many people call it quits. Neil then talks about his road to redemption which included taking 23 classes one year in order to graduate while simultaneously winning a National Championship at Brookdale Community college and becoming Player of the Year. Neil then talks about the transition in his life when he had his first child and met his girlfriend which culminated with the couple starting a basketball training service. In addition Neil also walks us through how he and his longtime friend  co-founded the "Who Got Next Basketball League."  What stood out to us in Neil's interview was his perseverance and resilience in the face of extreme adversity.
