In "Anna and the Apocalypse," a zombie apocalypse threatens the sleepy town of Little Haven -- at Christmas -- forcing Anna (Ella Hunt) and her friends to fight, slash and sing their way to survival, facing the undead in a desperate race to reach their loved ones. "Ben is Back" follows 19-year-old Ben Burns (Lucas Hedges) as he unexpectedly returns home to his family's suburban home on Christmas Eve morning. Ben's mother, Holly (Julia Roberts), is relieved and welcoming but wary of her son staying clean. Over a turbulent 24 hours, new truths are revealed, and a mother's undying love for her son is tested as she does everything in her power to keep him safe.

In Disney’s "Mary Poppins Returns," an all-new original musical and sequel, Mary Poppins is back to help the next generation of the Banks family find the joy and wonder missing in their lives following a personal loss. Actor Ben Whishaw joined BUILD to chat about the highly-anticipated movie.

Set over the course of a single evening in the Reynolds family home in suburban Connecticut, "Clara's Ghost" tells the story of Clara Reynolds who, fed up with constant ribbing from her self-absorbed showbiz family, finds solace in and guidance from the supernatural force she believes is haunting her. Chris Elliott, Paula Niedert Elliott and director Bridey Elliott came to BUILD to discuss the film.

"Tyrel" follows Tyler, who joins his friend on a trip to the Catskills for a weekend birthday party with several people he doesn’t know. As soon as they get there, it’s clear that (1) he’s the only black guy, and (2) it’s going to be a weekend of heavy drinking. Although Tyler is welcomed, he can’t help but feel uneasy in “Whitesville.” The combination of all the testosterone and alcohol starts to get out of hand, and Tyler’s precarious situation starts to feel like a nightmare. Director Sebastián Silva and actor Christopher Abbott took to the BUILD stage to discuss the film.

Dennis Quaid & The Sharks origins can be traced to a night when Quaid went to see actor Harry Dean Stanton and his longtime band perform in Los Angeles. Quaid was invited to join the band onstage. At first reluctant, because of his decade-long layoff from music, Quaid finally acquiesced, and his performance sparked a musical kinship between Jamie James—guitar player in Stanton’s band and the Kingbees’ front man—and Quaid that led to them forming their own band. Now, Dennis Quaid & The Sharks have made the first studio album of their 18-year history, "Out Of The Box," and on it listeners will find they specialize in “rock ’n’ roll and country-soul,” or as Quaid calls it, “a junkyard of American music.”

Earlier this fall, Peter Bjorn and John returned with their eighth full-length studio album, "Darker Days." Written almost immediately after the release of 2016’s "Breakin’ Point," the band decided to strip away the noise and take it back to a simpler time where it was just the three of them, playing music together and releasing albums every other year. The 11 songs on "Darker Days" reflect this move, showcasing each member’s unique songwriting style while sounding resolutely like a band that has played together for nearly 20 years.
