This is the first in a little mini series where I am going to share with you the season I am right now... and that is going through my first BUILD phase.
I want to talk about things that no one talks about. The messy parts where you have to get uncomfortable in order to get where you want to get too. And in my case this is intentionally eating more food & gaining weight.
So in this episode I am talking about WHY I am in this phase right now but more importantly WHY this needs to happen in order for me to create my dream toned and defined body. Even though it feels scary.
