Starla shares a yummy Key Lime cake recipe.
Key Lime Cake
1 box lemon instant pudding
1 c. water
1 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
2 T. key lime juice
Glaze:
2 c. confectioner sugar
1/3 c. lime juice
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Beat eggs; add water, lime juice, instant pudding and cake mix. Beat until well blended. Pour into well-greased, lightly floured 9x13 pan. Bake for 50-55 minutes. Mix confectioner sugar and lime juice. Prick top surface of cake with fork while still warm, 5-10 minutes out of the over. Pour sugar and lime juice glaze over top of cake. Leave cake in pan.
