Greetings welcome to this episode of The Table Advisory - Open Sessions, my name is Pierre Walters. During the month of April, the COVID-19 pandemic became real for all of us. As you may know, this was also the month where our team at Blue Artists was working overtime to prepare Brand Desk for launch in early May 2020. Introducing change to customers is not an easy task, especially when your customer relationship has lasted for years and on the promise of the services you once held. In our case, preparing to move to Brand Desk was already a rather difficult proposition to many of our established customer relationships, adding COVID-19 on top of that did not make things any easier.
