This week we delve deep into how to make what can be the most isolating time feel less isolating.
How do we open up to avoid falling into that trap of feeling completely alone.
It's important to remember that our friends are not psychologists, therapists and aren't trained in how to help us through this traumatic time in our life.
So they might be there for us, but we must be really respectful that they have their own lives and our trauma could be quite distressing for them also.
