Today you are going to hear the vision story of someone I think you can definitely learn a lot from.

I wanted to provide you a real life example of what building your vision can look like. It’s not pretty and it’s not glamorous, but it’s real and it’s doable. Isn’t that what you want? Some stuff that’s actually doable and you can apply tomorrow? 

That is why I brought Claude Jennings on the show. I actually work with Claude at a WGTS, a radio in the Washington DC area. Claude is unique because he works multiple jobs, has his own business, and still has a life. And let’s be honest, that is what your life most likely looks like. You can’t just drop everything and build your vision with no distractions. You have bills, you have responsibilities, you have obligations. Is there a way to build your vision despite all of that? There is, and Claude shares with us some ways in this episode through his story.

I brought on the show Chivon John who is a wellness coach and the Global Wellness Specialist for the international e-commerce giant, Shopify.

What is wellness and why does it pertain to you? Wellness is the state of being in good health. More specifically, well-being is the state of being happy, healthy, or prosperous. This pertains to you because, who wouldn’t want to be happy, healthy, and prosperous!? I know I want to be. The truth is, you are better able to build your vision when you are in a state of wellness physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. You cannot properly build while in an unhealthy state. If you try, the experience is longer, harder, and less enjoyable. I don’t want that for you. Building your vision is supposed to be an experience you love even if it’s hard. 

The problem is, a lot of us visionaries struggle with wellness and the pursuit of success living in harmony. The great news is you don’t have to pick one or the other. Chivon gives us a quick breakdown of what I call a visionary wellness program in our discussion. I know you want to be happy, healthy, and prosperous so hang around and enjoy the episode.

Have you ever been really inspired to do something? You say to yourself “I am doing this! It is getting done and that is FINAL!” Yeah, we've all said that before.
