Welcome to the Builder of All Things Podcast—where we go beyond the pages of the book and explore into the Author’s Cut! 🔥 Join Richie Breaux and Ray Bisnar as they break down each chapter in micro-episodes, giving you the behind-the-scenes insights, deeper wisdom, and real-life applications—just like a Director’s Cut for a book.

Richie unpacks the meaning behind "Two Boats" — not just as a biblical reference from Luke 5, but as a real, defining moment in his entrepreneurial journey.

After a season of exhaustion and obedience, Richie describes how God used his wife, Tiffany, to introduce a tool that would change everything. More than just a program (BuilderTrend), it was a download of vision, a roadmap for scaling — a word Richie hadn’t even used yet.

But this moment wasn’t just about software — it was about partnership. The realization hit: you need more boats if you're going to catch more fish. Just like Peter needed a second boat for the overflow, Richie needed someone to come alongside him in the trenches. That person was Tiffany.

Together, they relaunched under a new entity — ATN (All Things New) — and began building not just a business, but a vessel for others to be blessed through their overflow.

🚢 This episode is about obedience, humility, and the courage to ask someone to go with you into deeper waters.📖 Inspired by Luke 5 — “They signaled their partners in the other boat to come and help…”💡 Whether you’re a visionary or a builder — this story will speak to the power of doing it together.

In Episode 2 of Chapter 2, Richie continues the story of Two Boats — but this time, the conversation goes deeper into surrender, identity, and trust.
After years of pushing through as a business owner without a license, running on fumes, and doing everything in his own strength, Richie hit a breaking point. It wasn’t burnout that pushed him over the edge — it was God’s invitation to surrender.

This episode recounts the moment he laid it all down: the brand, the pressure, the pride, and even the dream… and said, “Jesus, here’s my boat.”

From partnering with family to trying to serve instead of lead, Richie opens up about what it felt like to give it all to God — not knowing what would come next. But just like Peter in Luke 5, it was when the boat was empty that Jesus stepped in.

🛶 If you’re in a season of exhaustion, confusion, or transition, this one will hit home.📖 “Master, we’ve toiled all night and caught nothing…” — Luke 5🙏 Sometimes the real miracle is not in the fish, but in letting go of control.

In this episode, we jump ahead to Chapter 10—and there's a reason for that. I wanted to show you the end of the book first. Why? Because when you know how it ends, you walk through everything else with vision and clarity. Just like in basketball, when you already know your move before you make it, you play different. That’s what I want for you with this message.
I’m not waiting until the end to give you Jesus. He’s the whole point—and we won. We’re starting with that truth up front so that when we go back to Chapter 2 (which we’ll hit soon), you already know where this is headed.
Jesus saved my life. He’s alive. He walked this earth like we do—fully human, going through every struggle, every moment, the same way we do, receiving from the Father as he went. And that same rhythm is available to us.

🐘 The Tamed Elephant | Breaking Free from Mental Cages and Chasing Your Calling
Why doesn’t a full-grown elephant break free from a tiny rope and a stick in the ground? Because it was conditioned from a young age to believe it couldn’t.
In this episode, Richie unpacks the powerful “tamed elephant” analogy—one that hits hard for anyone who’s ever felt trapped by fear, false narratives, or systems designed to keep you small. It's not just a story about elephants—it's about us.

🎙️ In this freeing and truth-filled conversation:
    * The deep conditioning that holds us back from our full potential
    * The 1994 true story of Tyke, the elephant that had enough—and what it reveals about breaking cycles
    * Why parenting is the front line of identity-building
    * How the words spoken to us (especially as kids) can become mental ropes—or wings
    * Richie’s own journey from wild-child to structured servant-leader, led by faith and love
    * The balance between encouragement and accountability in raising the next generation
    * What Kanye, Steve Jobs, and the Builder of All Things all have in common

This episode is a call to examine your mental chains, your conditioning, and the things you’ve believed for too long. It’s also a celebration of godly parenting, inner healing, and bold purpose.
You’re not tied down. You’re not too late. You were made to run.

From Backyard Dreams to Real-Life Lessons: How Basketball, Fatherhood & Faith Shaped My Journey 🏀
In this episode, we dive deep into the heart behind sports fandom, identity, and the unexpected ways life teaches us through loss, love, and legacy. Richie shares how growing up in Hawaii with no NBA team led him to Derrick Rose and the Bulls—but it was Steph Curry’s rise at Davidson that truly sparked something deeper.

    * Why Richie chose the Warriors and how his wife became part of that journey
    * His early love for players like Sean Kemp and Penny Hardaway
