Is it Christmas 2022!? Where did the year go? 

We discussed the need to have jobs ready, focus on your schedule, eliminate dry runs, and improve your trade partner relations in the previous episode. Here is what we didn't realize, it hit home with our listeners! 

Tennessee Electrician called us the day the episode dropped and was fired up. He said, three vehicles in the driveway when I'm there to trim out? Try 8-9 cars! We had to have him back to discuss his experience.

#builderreform was born from this episode. We are focused on 2023 and eliminating dry runs on projects. Focused on leaning on our schedules and confirming activities are scheduled and confirmed. We are telling you it needs to be confirmed for the next two weeks. Good enough is not good enough anymore.
