Reflection Thursday: So I'm going to talk about my own personal experience…
Reason 1: It's different for everybody and based on the situation or circumstance.
Some people are more natural at embracing challenges
Some have to force themselves
Some never do take on new challenges
Some circumstances are less daunting, and some are geared more toward the person taking on the challenge
Not many things in this world are guaranteed
So many people are afraid of taking on a new challenge for whatever reason
No matter what they do or how long they prepare, they are always afraid
Mathew McConaughey said in an interview that still, to this day, with all his experience and accolades, he is afraid every time he takes on a new role. But you do it anywaysReason 3: You listen to the signs or the people around you
I'm a firm believer that the universe pushes us in the direction we need to go
Our intuition also guides us, but you get to choose to listen to it or not
Sometimes people around you that have your best interest at heart will push you to take on that challenge
God will never put you in a situation you can't handleReason 4: Accept You, Will Grow
Think about any new job, position, or circumstance you experienced. You have to be in that situation and practice it before you became comfortable or any good at it.
You cant get good at something if you never do it.
Be ok with the possibility of failing and keep in mind that you can analyze your failure to improve and grow for the next time
Reason 5: What can you do to take on a challenge that your not looking forward to taking on
Prayer and meditate
Prepare as much as you can
Have faith that you will succeed
Give yourself no choice but to take on the challenge#StartingABusiness #BusinessTips #BusinessLeaders
