Tracy Seng is conscious about making sure there is joy in her life. “I've been abiding by the philosophy - the more you practice something, the better at it you get. If you practice positivity, you practice being happy, then you're going to get better at being happy. So I've been very cognizant of trying to practice things that are good and positive.”
