In this week's episode, I sit down with Derek and Fabian from Menz League.  Menz League is a local initiative that Derek and Fabian started in Calgary to create a space of vulnerability for other men based on their own personal experiences.  In this episode, we talk about the challenges around vulnerability for men and why most men truly struggle to express themselves or ask for help.  We also discuss how collectively we can work together to allow men to feel safe and be more comfortable with being vulnerable.
