Taking the leap from side hustle to full-time biz owner is BIG!
This week on the podcast, my guest and beautiful friend – Jaci Rogash – spills the tea on how she did it…
After building up an absolutely thriving coaching business while still working in a day job, Jaci *finally* took the leap and went full-time in her business last year!
Jaci is a Certified Transformation Coach, Writer and Speaker who works with high functioning women who have experienced trauma or significant adversity in the past that still impacts the way they live their lives today.
With over 11 years experience working in trauma enforced roles, Jaci empowers her clients to move through their self-doubt, self-sabotage, fear of judgement and unhealthy subconscious patterns so they can discover genuine happiness and ultimately discover their true self.
In this episode, Jaci shares her journey to building her thriving, full-time personal development business.
We talk about what personal development actually is, how it can help us as business owners (and as humans!) and why mindset is SO key to building a thriving business.
Jaci also shares with us her experience of transitioning from side hustle to full-time in her business – we talk about what she did practically and strategically, as well as the mindset she needed to take the leap.
What I love about Jaci as a human and as a business owner is that she is incredibly down to earth, honest and upfront – and in today’s conversation she doesn’t hold back.
Content Warning: Mention of suicidal ideation from 4:39 to 4:55. Jaci also briefly mentions her experience of sexual assault, family violence and stalking. Please take care of yourself and remember to seek help if you need.
