Dan began his career in the IT staffing industry in 1990 as a recruiter and continued to earn subsequent promotions to eventually become the President for one of the largest IT Staffing & Solutions firms in the U.S. (Sapphire Technologies), which later became Randstad Technologies.

Dan's leadership style is built on collaboration, strategic thinking, and teamwork. He's a visionary in his sector who was named as one of the "Top 100 leaders in staffing" by Staffing Industry Analysts in 2013.

In the podcast, Dan speaks to the importance of collaborating with his business partners from Day 1 with a key focus on instilling their company's core values as well as becoming a true specialist in their sector.
