What if it’s just normal not to be able to give your business 100% of your attention all the time?
We all go through periods of time when *big life stuff* takes priority, while the business might not get as much love as it usually does. It doesn't mean that you're not doing a good job, that you're not amazing at what you do, or that you don't care about your clients.
If you go through seasons in your business when you feel guilty because you’re either
a) not giving it quite as much attention as you’d like to, or
b) you’re not as productive as you’d like to be,
I hope this coaching chat with Kinsey Stribe of Feel Good Social helps you give yourself a break. Within a short span of time, she’s sold her home, moved, *and* planned a wedding – which has affected how “productive” she’s been on the business front.
We chatted about a healthy, non-toxic way to shift your thoughts from worry and guilt – plus a concrete way you can clarify which tasks to keep up with in your business when life is busy.
This topic is pretty common for my coaching calls. Sometimes we spend a good chunk of time understanding why my client is feeling the way they’re feeling, or behaving the way they’re behaving. Often understanding what’s going on unlocks either creativity and energy in them, or it’s what they need to talk through in order to feel good about giving themselves a break instead of being “on” 24/7.
