Today’s episode features three amazing panelists who shared their knowledge and experience for our International Women’s Day event on March 8th. We saved one question to share with our Building Birmingham Together audience and we want to talk about failure, it’s never fun but everyone experiences it! And when we fail we usually learn the most. Our panelists spent a little more time with us sharing about a failure in their career and only now, looking back can they see the lessons they have learned from that pivotal time in their life.
