Understanding your customers is vital to producing a great product or service from past experience I talk about my understanding of how best to do that and the benefits they receive if you understand your customer I also talk about a personal flaw of mine which is saying yes before I have thought about the scope of the project this has landed us in hot water more than once and I am learning very fast to make sure I take time to say no and think about what I’m being asked to do.
