The ADHD is strong for me today, I've been on a winning following all of my habits for a while now but today the inevitable "crash and burn for no reason" has arrived 😮💨 so let's talk about it....
The world won't stop turning, my ADHD isn't going away ever and there's no magical potion I can drink to snap back into my "good" routines and habits. But that doesn't mean I can't improve the situation. Throughout this week's ramble (I'm not kidding, the brain had a day off!) you will uncover 3-5 gems of wisdom that can be used to create consistency in your life, in spite of our limitations.
