Ingrid Hu Dahl is an author, speaker and leadership coach with over 20 years of coaching experience. Her newest book, 'Sun Shining on Morning Snow' is a memoir of sorts depicting her experiences as a coach, and journeys as a gay women. The book pays homage to her late mother who passed away before the book was published.
