Listen Later

In this podcast we delve deeper into what does it mean to build an enterprise product in a company that is heavily involved in a PLG motion already. We will cover what does the Enterprise product mean? And if there's innovation in that space? How the personas and JBTD changes from the self serve product? Changes in pricing and learnings from Databricks, Miro, Canva. We finally cover the Nakul's experience of working as an Indian immigrant in tech in Europe.

Nakul Jamadagni has spent a long time building enterprise products for PLG SaaS companies like Databricks, Miro, Navan (fka TripActions), and Canva. Most notably he was leading the enterprise product at Miro and saw the journey through the pandemic of the PLG company that grew from $15M to $500M+ in ARR while he was there, a large portion of this coming from the enterprise offering. He spent his last 5 years in Netherlands and very recently moved to New Zealand. He's an prime example of Indians in Europe in tech doing incredible things.
The Svagat Show is about highlighting Indians (+ South Asians) in Europe who are doing fantastic work, especially in technology or startups.
