Rachel Kutz the Vice President for Mass Market Supply Chain and Operational Efficiencies.  She leads the consumer product supply chain for AT&T Mobility, Broadband, and Business. In this role, she energizes a team of over a thousand diverse employees dedicated to better serving customers through operations coupled with an unbridled passion to deliver world-class customer service with retail excellence. This includes ownership of all AT&T’s sourcing, logistics, supplier quality control, planning, purchasing and fulfillment of consumer and business products and equipment, as well as Supplier Diversity & Sustainability initiatives.
