In the midst of the COVID-19 outbreak, Nancy Kern guides this tapping circle to help us through the freeze/fight/flight response and transform thoughts and beliefs to feeling peaceful, grounded, centered and empowered. Fear is as contagious as any pathogen. When we’re frozen in fear, we’re also broadcasting fear, adding to the collective fear. Having emotional and energetic boundaries with collective emotions can be challenging. This tap will help us get centered and rooted in our connection to stabilizing earth energies, and our protective helpers in the spirit realms. This tap will help you down-regulate your nervous system without numbing or disassociating. Nancy recommends you do this tap once a day until the crisis has passed or you feel strong, centered, grounded and peaceful. If you can, allow yourself 15 minutes to half an hour to rest or journal after the tap.
