Dave and I had lunch a few weeks ago to discuss this episode and how it would work. He’s a guy with whom I have always been acquainted, but never really talked to, until that lunch. If there’s anyone who knows the longevity it takes to build up business expertise and acumen, it’s Dave. 

After cutting his teeth and making a huge mark in the Wisconsin construction industry for most of his life, he decided to move to Tennessee to own and operate a Culver’s restaurant in Franklin. A restaurant with roots…..in Wisconsin! 

With over 35 years in construction our founder, Dave Craker, knows the challenge of balancing your square foot requirements, the look/feel you need, and your budget. Dave launched Premier Design Build in 2016 with the goal of solving that challenge for small to mid-sized organizations in Middle Tennessee. Our primary focus is on commercial projects ranging from $750k to $10mm.  We work with both individual sites like Churches, Schools and Retail sites, as well as land development projects like our Spring Hill location.
