Sam Eaton is the Director of Investor Relations for Timberland Partners. In this role, Sam is a primary point of contact for our existing investors and works to develop new relationships with individual investors, wealth managers, and family offices.
Sam holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, as well as an MBA from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management. Prior to joining Timberland Partners, Sam worked in financial underwriting and investor relations for a boutique multifamily developer in Minneapolis, where he underwrote more than $50 million in closed multifamily development.
